Our Bacon-Infused Burgers do great straight from freezer  to grill – much better than you would expect from an all-beef burger!

2oz BacoBurger Sliders:

Outdoor Grill: For medium BacoBurger Preheat your grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place your frozen BacoBurger on grill. Cook 2-3 minutes.  Flip Burger. Cook 2-3 minutes. or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

Frying Pan: For Medium BacoBurger Preheat your frying pan over medium heat. Place frozen BacoBurger in uncovered pan. Cook 2-3 minutes. Flip Burger. Cook 2-3 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

Broiler: For Medium BacoBurger Preheat your broiler. Place frozen BacoBurger on broiler dish. Broil for 5-6 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip Burger after 2-3 minutes for even cooking.

5.33oz BacoBurger:

Outdoor Grill: For medium BacoBurger Preheat your grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place your frozen BacoBurger on grill. Cook 3-4 minutes.  Flip Burger. Cook 3-4 minutes. or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

Frying Pan: For Medium BacoBurger Preheat your frying pan over medium heat. Place frozen BacoBurger in uncovered pan. Cook 3-4 minutes. Flip Burger. Cook 3-4 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

Broiler: For Medium BacoBurger Preheat your broiler. Place frozen BacoBurger on broiler dish. Broil for 6-7 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip Burger after 3-4 minutes for even cooking. 

Steak:  For best results thaw meat under refrigeration and cook within 48 hours after thawed.  Cook steak using a cooking or meat thermometer instead of timing.  Remove steaks from grill, oven, or pan 5 degrees before desired temperature and let rest 5-10 minutes before serving. 

Rare: 125 – 130 degrees
Medium Rare:  130 -145 degrees
Medium:  140 – 145 degrees
Medium Well:  150 – 160 degrees
Well:  160 – 170 degrees

Non-breaded Chicken Breast:  For best results thaw under refrigeration.  Use within 3 – 5 days.

Skillet:  Lightly coat skillet with oil or cooking spray.  Heat pan over medium high heat.  Add breast and brown 1 minute per side.  Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook 6-9 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

Grill:  Spray grill with cooking spray.  Pre-heat grill to medium high.  Grill breasts 3-4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. 

Oven:  Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  Place breast on foil lined baking sheet.  Cook 17-21 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
